Helpdesk Technician

Details: Classification:  Help Desk/Tech Support I Compensation:  $14.00 to $15.00 per hour Helpdesk Technician: Robert Half Technology is looking for a Helpdesk Technician for a long term contract. Helpdesk technician will be capable of delivering world class customer service to a diverse customer base. Experience working in a fast pace, high call volume, enterprise level environment is desired. Candidates need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Candidates would be responsible for attempting to resolve service requests related to application support, network connectivity hardware troubleshooting and password resets. Candidates should have at least a year of experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, network connectivity, Windows XP, Vista & 7, and application support. Must have experience using remote access tools to assist end-users with troubleshooting connectivity and application related problems. Must be able to obtain a gaming card. Helpdesk ticketing software is highly desired.
