The Web Lead will be the primary interface with clients, facilitating and communicating needs with the technical team, ensuring successful design, build and maintenance of all products/deliverables. Effective management of client expectations and detailed experience in web development processes is a must. Position Responsibilities Lead small development teams designing, implementing, and maintaining websites and web-based applications Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer interaction and questions Broad responsibilities for overall web development management, including interacting with clients, project planning, site mapping, design, execution Requires a person who is versatile, well organized and has in-depth experience creating, building and maintaining dynamic web sites, and is well-versed in web technology trends Actively participates in the development of the overall client vision, including project leadership for the redesign of the existing site(s) Manage all aspects of web development projects, developing strategies to drive increased web traffic, and explore new communications and interactive mediums.
