Responsibilities: Establish short and long term roadmap for application operation efficiency and technical debt reduction. Evolve and steward Siebel development standards and practices Overall ownership and responsibility for the functional and non-functional operation of the Siebel platform Review application design, code and unit test results for adherence to Siebel standards and best practices. Work directly with business clients and solution architects to determine business solutions that fit in overall enterprise architecture picture. Review and maintain Siebel licenses as needed. Mentor onshore and offshore development team.
