Our UX Designers work with product managers and business owners to determine user-focused requirements, wireframe and prototype torefine designs and gain consensus among stakeholders, and define interface elements and visual style to ensure usability, desirability, usefulness and accessibility.Define product requirements to ensure usability and a user centered product design. Design interactions and create wireframes to communicate with team members and stakeholders during the design and discoveryphase of a project. Develop prototypes using standards compliant, accessible HTML and CSS.Ensure that interface designs are usable and follow company design and accessibility standards. Assist product owners in the development of user story acceptance criteria when needed to guide developers and quality assurance teams. Participate in usability evaluations and user research projects.Ensure that the products are ready for release.Mentors junior user interface designers.Other duties as assigned.
