These positions will be primarily responsible for the functionality, architecture, configuration and integration of Salesforce.com applications across the organization, as well as acting as the resident subject matter expert on the project. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science or equivalent preferred. • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.• A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations and at least 5+ years’ experience working with SFDC for the Tech Lead, and 8+ years of experience for the Architect.• Extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com.• Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders etc) • Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the Business Solutions • Work with the customers on the requirement and coordinating with them on UAT • Strong configuration and design skills which are essential to this position.• Participation in each phase of at least 2 full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations• Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 Salesforce.com implementations• Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.• Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.• Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com• Understands web services and available technologies not necessarily part of the Salesforce.com stack, but those which might be utilized to transport data in an enterprise environment.• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines• Familiar with Cloud Computing concepts and how to conduct requirement gathering sessions with respect to Salesforce.com technologies• Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies• 5 years’ experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM applications• Direct experience with one or more of the following application components: • Customer Master Data • Service Cloud• Sales Cloud• Order Management and Customer Service ERP applications. • Experience in Salesforce.com application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com • Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design, implementation • Effectively work with management and other remote development staff to accomplish Salesforce.com project deliverables • Ensure Salesforce.com SDLC process and application performance maturation • Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently Preferred Requirements• SFDC Developer certification is a big plus (DEV401, DEV501)• Programming experience preferred with following (mark-up) languages, HTML, XML, SQL Other• Any offer of employment will be contingent on the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screen• Local candidates are preferred but will entertain qualified, out of town candidates.
