Details: Classification:  Help Desk/Tech Support I Compensation:  $14.00 to $15.50 per hour Helpdesk/Technical Support; Robert Half Technology has a long term contract opportunity for a helpdesk/technical support position with one of Las Vegas' fastest growing and most stable IT Departments. Looking for the right team player to join the A team of Helpdesk Technicians. Responsible for attempting to resolve service requests related to application support, network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, password resets, printer issues and email support. Candidates should have at least two years current experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, network connectivity, Windows XP, Vista & 7. Experience using remote access tools to assist end-users.
