Details: The Technical Architect will be responsible for optimizing the technical architecture across all layers of the Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle) interaction. He needs to perform application code tuning, train developers on how to tune and write optimized code, backup the DBA manager in DBA related activities, design the Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA) framework and guide the developers on developing the integrations leveraging best practices.Minimum Requirements:Technology and Business Competencies:Strong Technical Architecture experience with Oracle E-business Suite Applications.Deep understanding of integration using SOA, BPEL and Fusion Middleware.Strong understanding of the database administration and the ability to manage Oracle and MS SQL Server DBAs as needed.Hands on ability to manage EBS environment and related.Ability to identify performance related issues with code and guide development team for developing optimized code.Hands on experience and architectural understanding of VMWARE.Strong skills in testing methodologies for Oracle and Web based applications and Integration technologies especially load testing and identifying bottlenecks.Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills.The ability to work collaboratively with diverse functions and levels within the organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven success in managing delivery without formal authority.Ability to manage adherence to SOX Compliance.Proficient in IT SecuritySuccessful completion of the background check process, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal convictions, OFAC, SS Verification and credit, where available and in accordance with federal and local regulations.Education/Experience:University degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
