Your contributions will include facilitating the product design process through building, measuring (both qualitatively and quantitatively) and learning as we iterate.   Job responsibilities include:  Proactively identify opportunities to improve the site usability and the overall quality of the site design, organization and structure Provide guidance to ensure effective translation of user interface designs during technical implementation.  Work closely with developers and designers to turn concepts into finished products Dialogue with clients while you build, design and create customized e-mail templates Implement latest HTML5 and CSS3 techniques
