WEB INTERACTION DESIGNER Extron Electronics is looking for a talented Interaction Designers who will have the following responsibilities: * Orchestrating user research for the purpose of building the definition of users and user's goals. * Extensive user interviews and modeling * Defining software requirements, behaviors and workflows * Building software frameworks, wireframes and mockups * Prioritizing product features The Web Team at Extron Electronics is focused on using design fundamentals to create intuitive Web sites and Web-based applications that achieve the best possible user experience. Our designers are highly motivated and have strong attention to detail. The team collaborates heavily with Product Marketing Managers and project stakeholders; strong leadership and communication skills are a must. Qualified Candidates will have: * BS or BA degree in software or design related field or 3+ years of related experience (transcripts required) * Experience performing user research and user analysis. * Experience with sketching, wireframing, and mockup software applications. * Understanding of Information Architecture, Human-Computer Interaction and Interaction Design fundamentals * Outstanding technical writing skills Applicants must include a technical writing sample and samples of design documentation (wireframes, workflows, etc) or portfolio with resume.
